These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Lokamusik’s services provided by PT Trinusa Sosialoka Indonesia (“Lokamusik”). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Lokamusik provides digital music distribution and content management services. These services are offered under three main plans: Single Content Service, which allows users to distribute individual tracks with a one-time payment; Subscription Service, which provides unlimited uploads for a registered artist or label under a recurring fee; and Lokamusik Premium, which applies to high-performing accounts under a revenue-sharing model without an upfront fee.
2. User Obligations
Users must own or control the full rights to the content they upload and distribute via Lokamusik. Users are responsible for ensuring that all licensing, including mechanical and synchronization rights, has been secured. Any third-party obligations including performer payments or featured artists are the sole responsibility of the user. Users must ensure that all metadata and credits are accurate, complete, and consistent with their submitted licenses.
3. Distribution and Exclusivity
By uploading content to Lokamusik, users grant Lokamusik the exclusive right to distribute and manage that content during the agreed term. The same content may not be distributed through other parties or platforms while it remains active on Lokamusik.
4. Royalties and Payment
For Single Content and Subscription Service users, Lokamusik pays out 100 percent of the net revenue after deduction of platform fees and applicable costs. For Lokamusik Premium users, royalties are paid after deducting the agreed revenue share. All royalty payments are subject to applicable taxes, and payouts will be processed based on the withdrawal requests submitted with proper tax documentation.
5. Content Management and CMS Linking
Lokamusik reserves the right to make decisions regarding content delivery, takedown, monetization claims, or metadata optimization. To avoid asset conflicts or technical errors, users must not link their YouTube channels or artist profiles to other CMS platforms while using Lokamusik’s services.
6. Term and Termination
This agreement is valid for five years from the date of registration and will automatically renew for another five-year term unless terminated with at least sixty days’ written notice. Termination does not cancel obligations related to any active or monetized content distributed during the valid term.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared between the user and Lokamusik, including but not limited to royalty data, system features, and internal correspondence, must be treated as confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled at the South Jakarta District Court.
By continuing to use Lokamusik, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
