We appreciate your trust in Lokamusik. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any payments on our platform.
1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to Lokamusik are non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to the Platform Fee for Single Content Service, the Subscription Fee for Subscription Service, and any additional services or features purchased.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including cancellation of releases, mistaken uploads or metadata entries, duplicate submissions, or dissatisfaction with performance results on external platforms.
2. Rejected Content Policy
If your content is rejected due to non-compliance with our policies or platform rules, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may replace the audio file one time, as long as the title, artist name, artwork, and metadata remain unchanged.
3. Lokamusik Premium
For users subscribed to the Lokamusik Premium service, there is no upfront payment. Instead, a revenue-sharing model applies. Once royalties are processed, they are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Technical Errors
In the event of a verified internal system error caused solely by Lokamusik that prevents your content from being distributed, we may offer service credit or a re-upload option at our discretion. However, we do not issue refunds in any situation.
